I've been a patient of Dr. Fereidouni for about 8 years and followed him when he opened his own practice, Aveon Health. All of the providers are very attentive and really listen to their patients. We moved out of state and still found a way to remain a patient through telemedicine. Unfortunately, due to a change of insurance I won't be able to continue as a patient. I will miss Dr. Fereidouni, Kim and Chantel and you can bet that if we ever move back to the Phoenix area I will gladly reinstate my care with them. Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude to them.

Been going here for 4 years. The staff is really nice. Doctor Kim and Doctor Fereidouni particularly. They are very attentive, you're in there and out pretty quick. I've never waited long to be seen, and occasionally have even showed up early and they've been able to take me. They listen to your issues and do whatever they can to help you on site and if they can't help you then they've got great connections for good referrals. Would definitely recommend! Almost forgot to mention, but I've moved to South Scottsdale since originally becoming a patient, and I make the drive up north to see them for PCP needs because they are that good. I tried a new doctor for a brief time because my insurance changed and they were no longer in network, and I was relieved when my insurance switched back and I could come use this staff as my PCP once again.

This is by far the best primary care office I have ever been to. The folks genuinely care for you, and your well being. I am a patient of Kim Brabentz, and she is smart and extremely thorough. This place and their staff has taken care of me since I was 23 years old, and they have solved all of my health dilemmas. I have nothing but faith in this practice. They are wonderful.

The experience was fine, except for the bill. I was overcharged for a vaccination that I did not get. Luckily, I saw it on the bill and asked about it. They refunded that amount. But they wanted to do routine test; blood, urine etc. I just received the bill for that OVER 1800! BE CAREFUL IF YOU COME IN HERE!

Their billing department (Brandy) is a joke. They are never helpful when asking specific questions on your statement. They repeat the same answer over and over again. I will not be a returning patient to this practice. Dr. Feredouni was always aggressive at my appointments and Questioned if I was selling my adderall when I used to take it. I never felt more uncomfortable in my life, being ashamed of being ADHD in front of your doctor was a new low. I hope they better their customer service and bed side manner. Think twice before seeing this practice.
