Gary is an absolutely outstanding person. I bought a pre-owned Genesis however I was treated as if I'd bought a brand new Lexus. I had real issues with the Berge group but after dealing with the team here at Scottsdale Lexus, my faith is restored. Thank you for everything.

I live in Utah and I have 2 Lexus vehicles. I needed a part for one of them and nobody in Utah had it and that is when I found Bell North. These guys at the parts counter are freaking awesome! So helpful and knowledgeable. For the past 2 years now I order all my parts from them and have them shipped to my door. My next Lexus vehicle purchase will be in person at Bell North for their tremendous service. Thanks everyone! Keep it up!

I am a retired physician. I returned a leased Lexus this morning at Bell Lexus North Scottsdale. None of the sales crew were wearing masks. I reminded them that we are in the middle of a severe pandemic. They thought I was joking. I had a similar experience six months ago. If you care about your health, do not go to this dealership.
