We always love coming here when we are in Scottsdale. Tonight's dinner was exceptional. It was night when we wanted to celebrate friendship - the food and ambiance made it a perfect night. I had the Santa Fe Bay blue plate. Excellent halibut and the shrimp enchilada was outstanding. The grilled veggies were perfect. Flavorful with a little crunch. I am now feeling satisfied while listening to great music. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories.

So our favorite Sushi place was closed so before our Dr. Appt decided to stop and try out something new for us....Glad we did!! Amazing service, very honest and knowledgeable owner who you can tell has a good handle on his kitchen..Land of Enchantment plate is New Mexico True..They captured the essences of New Mexico, my wife's Lobster Mac..one of a kind! Kids Spaghetti was the best....of you want authentic made from scratch..Blue Adobe will not disappoint! Our waitress simply the best! Be back real soon! With friends.....
This is a must stop if you have visitors from out of town, a celebration or if you live in close proximity a great place for a quick meal. They have traditional Mexican fare but also unique flavor treats enhanced with pecan wood grilling and a New Mexican flavor that can’t be found elsewhere in the Phoenix area. Great service and convenient location. I recently got takeout for my employees (8 people) for our Friday lunch - now Blue Adobe is a frequent request.
One of our absolute favorite restaurants. Friendly people, nice ambience whether inside or outside on the patio; and wonderful, creative Southwestern food. The aroma of roasted chiles is everywhere, and the ingredients and combinations are fresh and thoughtful. I try not to groan too loudly while eating. We take out-of-state guests here whenever possible and try to either go ourselves or get well-prepared takeout as often as we can.
I think the frozen sangrias were great, the food was okay. Everything sounded good but if we were to go back, I wouldn’t reorder any of the food items we got. We got a daily special that had seafood in it but the shrimps were very small and over cooked and then we also got the Santa Fe bay enchilada and the halibut was good but their was too much rich sauce. Probably all our fault for going to a Tex-Mex place and ordering seafood, if we go back, we will definitely try other things.
