Had a great experience this morning with Louie and Martin coming by to treat are termite infestation! Very courteous and knowledgeable, giving us helpful information and tips like keeping dogs inside for at least 2hrs... all the holes after treatment were patched as you can see in the pictures...
Ryan came out to inspect my property, he looked like the guy you see in the ads, totally professional, well dressed and knowledgeable. He even took a look at some tiny bugs I was starting to see on my bathroom counter. He said, don't worry, they'll be gone in a couple of weeks. He was right. Then the crew came out to do the treatment, they called ahead and said there was a cancellation and they could do my house early if it was okay (2 hours early). I was very okay with that. They were very personable, explained every part of what they were doing, worked diligently and were also very professional. Once they were finished, they went over everything they had done, mapped out the house and showed me the chemicals they used. That was all going to be sent to me in an email as well. After that experience I opted to upgrade to the 5 year guarantee because I totally trust these people.
I was going to call Budget Brothers for potential service. not after I saw your unprofessional responses. Advice from a retired military guy, don't get a job writing Hallmark Greeting Cards. I would give you guys ZERO stars if it were an option. I will get more laughs than you guys will get business I'm sure. People do read these reviews.
