So I have eaten here about twice a week for the last month or two. Usually the food is great but today both our burritos were VERY salty. So i called them back to give the chef a heads up. They told me that they didn't make a carne asada and green chili burrito all morning and it wasn't them. Really guys? The attempt to deflect is annoying as a customer. I didn't even ask for anything. I was just being friendly and letting them know the guy with parkinson's shouldn't have the salt shaker
This place has the good tortillas- IYKYK. Their machaca burrito is my go to for breakfast and their bean and cheese burritos are amazing! I add rice to mine and the rice is great. Their customer service and friendly staff is a big reason I keep coming back. Never had a bad experience with them.
For the second time now, I called Burrito Express on a VERY short notice, to order 170 Burritos. And yet again, Mark said, that it was absolutely no problem! They were delivered, hot and very tasty. Thank you so much for always coming through for us!! You guys are THE BEST!!!
Really good food! The chips were freshly made and really good. I got 2 soft tacos one beef and one chicken both are good. I love the taco shell it’s like a pita bread so soft. They have salsa bottles. It’s pretty spicy for me but so good. The green sauce is really good too. They serve breakfast burritos all day. They are open till 3pm everyday.
Very average food. Pretty quick service, but the food was just average. Their chimichanga style burrito was just lightly grilled. Better than Taco Bell, but not by much.
Counter girls attitude was terrible carne asada burrito was ok. But it's her attitude that won't bring me back. Bad 1st impression burrito express scottsdale! Consider Retraining this employee in customer service ETIQUETTE.
Fresh, fast and delicious. Very reasonable price in a one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Scottsdale. Good job!
