Employee was not wearing mask on January 29 between the hours of 6.15PM and 6.30PM. So rather than place an order I left. My main reason for leaving this one star review is that although I have contacted customer service via email twice and asked for someone to contact me about this...nobody has yet to get back to me. I have also called customer service and have not received any satisfactory response. Oh and I have told them to not just trust me but to view their own security video tapes for that time frame so that they can verify this issue for themselves. Poor example of customer relations!

Do not get take out from this Cafe Rio. They have me parts of the lettuce stalk and my taco is ripped. Also in the past I have gotten there to pick up my order only to be told they can't find it for some reason. After about 5-10 minutes they found it and had to wait more for the order the be prepared.
Let me just say, this store is AMAZING! The manager, Hugo, was extremely helpful and he showed true customer service. Definitely recommend everyone to this location. Manager Hugo knows what he’s doing Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for one of the female managers. She was very unprepared and had an off putting tone. 5 stars because of Hugo!
Order take out your taco just falls apart so much grease. Could not even pick up the taco without the tortilla ripping apart. I love tacos so this was such a disappointment the pork taco taste sweet like bbq is added to it. Wish the tacos were more flavorful. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The handmade tortillas are amazing. I love to go there for lunch but sometimes it gets quite busy. I truly enjoyed their tacos because you know you can add whatever you want. But many of my co workers get their burritos because they are huge and packed full of deliciousness.
