When our IT/Software developer unexpectedly retired, we were in a lurch. We were lucky enough to find Easy IT Support, and what a overwhelming pleasant experience it has been. Quick to respond, intently listen, ask questions so that they fully understand the needs, and then quickly take action. From recommending and installing hardware/software, to upgrading and programing our current software, they have been PHENOMENAL!! They have taken a very stressful situation for us, and have made it as pleasant as a relaxing vacation. One of our team commented "she was going to float out of work." That Easy IT, "made her so happy!!". Lee and his team are so wonderful and thorough that, it was also asked by a team member if Easy IT "could find the mysterious rattle in her car that no one else can seem to find."
