You went the extra mile to find me a car when the Phoenix area was sold out for the weekend. You got me into a beautiful, clean car that was beyond expectations! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My wife is also so grateful! It was a trip for her birthday and I had forgotten until 2 days before the trip to book a rental. After one day using Ubers that were great you made the freedom of commute for the next 4 days divine!

Worst experience I've ever had with enterprise. Zero stars really should be a feedback rating. Called them twice to let them know we were on our way, and later (2:58pm) pulling into the body shop and asked someone to come pick us up .5 miles away. Was denied and told by an employee the body shop would have to call. Holly at the Ric's body shop called them (Dallas) at 3:05 and asked to send someone for pick up. at 3:25 Holly mentioned if we had our walking shoes on, we may consider walking to enterprise (if no one shows up soon) since it was basically out the back door and across the parking lot at 3:30 I called and spoke to Dallas letting him know we had called multiple times and have been at the body shop over 30 minutes waiting on them. his reaction indicated this was the first time anyone had requested someone to pick us up. ironically at the same time Holly at the body shop had also called enterprise and was speaking with someone else to request our pick up once again . Holly stated this was the second time Dallas had done this today to her. At 3:45 we were finally picked up by enterprise representative and taken to the store that had multiple people renting cars at the same time . We were left with a minivan which my friend was uncomfortable in driving since the car she has being repaired at the shop is a very small sedan. While in the minivan (now after 4 PM) in completing the checkout with the enterprise representative on a tablet , the tablet failed . He had to go back into the store, get another tablet and start the whole checkout process over. Now we get to enjoy Phoenix rush-hour traffic because of the extended delay in being picked up and receiving an enterprise rental car. Completely surprised this store is able to maintain their enterprise \exotic car\ collection / status based on the on the disorganization and customer service

I had reserved a car in Colorado for 1 day at a Scottsdale location. I called a few days prior to ask what the protocol for pick-up was nowadays with Covid. I was told by the person on the phone that I could take a Lyft and I would be reimbursed, I found that impressive. I got to the location on the day of my reservation, when I mentioned what I had been told on the phone, I was corrected by one of the CS person behind the desk. He asked me where I came from, when I told him he said that they only cover 5 miles, I was 8.2 miles away. I honestly had not been told that on the phone, definitely some miscommunication there! The 2nd issue was that the car was not ready when I got there and I had to wait another 20 minutes! When I finally got the car the gas tank only had 1/4 tank, really? I had to drive to Prescott for a Memorial and now I had to go find a gas station and fill the tank! I have to say that the young man who helped me on Sunday was super nice. After talking with a manager when I returned the car I explained the issues. He politely listened and offered me 1/2 tank of gas as I had filled the tank (30) and only used a 1/4. Bottom line is the people that work there are nice but the lack of proper communication and the other issues made for a disappointing experience.

The manager, Sean Patterson, was great at finding the right car for my needs. It was ready when I arrived; clean, well maintained, and the pick up and drop off process was easy and convenient. I've rented from Enterprise many times, but this particular location on North Hayden in Scottsdale is always positive experience.
