This is not only a great company to work for, but if you are needing assistance with your loved one, I would highly recommend Home Care Assistance! These times can be very difficult for family members as well. The owners, staff and my co workers (caregivers) truly have the compassion and experience to make sure your loved ones specific needs will be met. I myself went through the tremendous difficulties of both parents having dementia. I wish I would have known about our company at that time. Which I know from experience, would have been a great comfort. I’m proud to say, I am a part of this team!

I've been working with Home Care Assistance to provide a caregiver for my elderly mother who has cancer and other health issues. We've had a wonderful experience with the Directors, Marie and Jo, who helped me figure out the best care plan for mom and are always available for advice, guidance and latest tips on how to help our loved ones. The Owner, Ted, helped me with Long Term Care and other billing issues and is super friendly and accessible - and we were lucky enough to get the best caregiver ever who has shown nothing but patience, understanding, calm demeanor and arrived on the first day ready to help with a list of 100 activities for seniors that has changed mom's life for the better. Thank you to the entire team at HCA and I highly recommend your services to anyone needing caregiver support!

I worked for HCA for approximately 4 yrs. always kept me busy . Pay was good. People were very nice and fun to work for . I moved out of state that’s why I’m not with them anymore. If I come back to AZ. I will definitely go back to work for them .
