During the Covid-19 shutdown, my only manifestation seemed to be clinching my jaw to the point where it was hurting all the time. Figuring that my dentist would just fit me with a dental guard that would treat the symptom but not the cause, I looked for alternatives. I thought about casting a wider net for a solution. I was skeptical about Hypnosis, but thought, what the heck, and decided to give it a try. Colleen Hitchcock with Scottsdale Hypnosis was close by so I set up an appointment and bought a block of six sessions figuring the most I had to lose was some money and time. After my first appointment, my jaw clinching was at least 90% gone! I subsequently had her work on some other little nagging concerns and am totally pleased. Her follow up recorded sessions that you can listen to any time really are helpful for re-enforcing the sessions. It worked for me and I did not think it would. I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to get a bit out of their comfort zone and try something different. I will go back in the future if I need a tune up but so far listening to the uploads on google drive works for me.

This is my second time coming to Colleen, and once again she has helped me tremendously. Whether it's insomnia, or any other issue, Colleen is extremely intuitive, and can help you make big breakthroughs in your life. I also wanted to write this review because I went to another hypnotist prior to Colleen, and it was a complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend Scottsdale Hypnosis any more highly.
