Like many during the pandemic, I've started working from home instead of at the office. And I lead a team of people who are doing the same. We discovered Letterstream and started experimenting with how we could use it as a group; as we have learned more about its features and as the service has quickly been developed to include more and more user-friendly options, we have been very impressed. It is easy to use and figure out, sends out good quality work (we've tested this), and has prompt and friendly customer service. The price is generally comparable (when you factor in paper, toner, envelopes, staff time, and postage) to what we would spend if we were doing this all from our office. The exception to that is larger packets (75 pages), which became pricier than we'd hoped. But we're overwhelmingly satisfied with the service thus far!

The customer support is amazing at LetterStream - particularly Ashlee who always has my back with complicated projects. I have used other services in the past and there is no comparison. You can't go wrong, even if you are new to mail merge and mailing projects!

Great service! I would be giving it five stars just because it's so efficient, easy to learn, and charges a reasonable amount, but somehow they even make it FUN. Seriously, I have more fun sending a letter with their system than I do with most smart phone games. Move aside Angry Birds. By the way, I'm not a business user of the service, but rather I use it for my household billing and other correspondence. I have a very large family with tons of paperwork to insurance companies, etc., and it's a lifesaver. Anyway, obviously I highly recommend! Even if you just use it every once in a while, it's entirely worth the effort to set up an account.
