Horrible communication/coustmer service. According the the voice mail message it states you ca drop off house hold items. This is not true apparently there is only a once a year drop off, and the info on the VM is from 2018. Our tax hard at work paying rude city employees that tell you it’s ok to just throw hazardous materials in you trash. What does this department do again? Apparently not help Scottsdale residents. You try and do the right thing and you get treated rudely by your public servants. Shame on you Scottsdale for not assisting your residents that pay for you service in doing the right thing. I guess in the trash it goes nothing like dumping toxic materials into our landfills. Thank you again Scottsdale for being so unhelpful.
