Issue 1: Didn't have the advertised vehicle available. Issue 2: Was told that I chose my insurance neglectfully when I made my reservation, and that if I bundled it all I would save money. So I bundled, and after the 20 minutes processing the bundle, it winds up costing more. Issue 3: I returned the vehicle 8 hours earlier than planned (1am) to catch a last second 3am PHX flight. There are NO LIGHTS anywhere near the entrance to the building so your wandering in near complete darkness looking for the key deposit box. I end up finding a large box right by the front door so I drop my keys in it, then I turn around and smash my kneecap on a dumb tiny 'key drop' post that I hadn't seen . The next day I get a 200 invoice for failure to return the vehicle (even though it was parked right outside the front doors to the building) and a note to not use the mailbox next time. When I called up, they refused to consider cancelling or reducing the invoice, and they charge the Credit Card on file from the prepaid rental for the full amount. If there was adequate lighting, I'd understand the charge. If they hadn't already increased my bill by 'bundling' items, I'd maybe shrug it off. But everything combined made this a super annoying experience, and I will for sure never use this location again, and I hope if anyone reading this still has a choice where to go, you save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This is easily the worst Sixt Rental location I've ever been to.

Very friendly and professional staffs here, my friend and I rented a GLC and upgraded to GLS as platinum member, new and clean cars.
We had a great experience with our recent rental. We had a specific need in a rental and we called in advance to see if it could be accommodated. The staff made note of it and made sure our needs were taken care of. She even called a day before our rental to confirm we were all set with our request. The rental experience was fast and convenient. We ended up renting the vehicle we are considering purchasing for our next car. We are debating renting it from Sixt when we go on trips and keeping our current car because the experience was so great! We highly recommend Sixt!
I never had such a bad experience in my life! The manager just kicked me out. I was upset about the vehicle condition and the manager got offended apparently and told me to leave. Worst customer service EVER. I will never do business with them and suggest you the same!!!
First time renting in this location. Front staff was nice when picking up the vehicle. Only thing I didn’t like was that they asked for a utility bill since I used a debit card,so they had to do a refund and use my credit card. I ended up not getting the price I had originally but still got a better car.
The care was great. I did not like they did not provide me a receipt when I dropped off the car. 2 days later, when the receipt showed up in my email, they charged me 10 more for the prepaid fuel package then promised and also, I was not sure if they would try to charge me additional fees for the car not being clean or damage they found of which I was not aware. Not sure higher end cars are worth the fees that may be added or changed later. Tried to call customer service, but was referred to their email address and still waiting a response.
Convenient location. Quick, friendly customer service! Car was very clean and for our road trip! Wearing masks and practicing social distancing during the pandemic. Highly recommend for your next car rental.
I received a downgraded car from what I had reserved. I was not offered a discount I was charged full price for downgraded car. The car was in horrendous condition. The outside of it was full of scratches and chips it looked horrible. When I got inside the vehicle that was the worst part. The inside was stained it smelt disgusting. When I arrived to pick up the car, the car wasn’t even available. When they finally gave me the car I mention to the sales person that the tire light was on. He blew me off and said no it’s fine I just checked them. Well within four days I had to go fill up the tire three times. The tire was definitely not fine. I returned the car over a week early and am now battling it out, Trying to get a refund for the remaining of my rental. 10/10 would not recommend this location
