Process of checking in was very quick and convenient. Felt very safe in the waiting room. Face covering and social distancing was practiced and wait time before being called back for my procedure was easily less than a few minutes. Dressing rooms were clean and sanitized, my procedure was done and I was out the door in a very efficient time line.

I've been in the medical field for 30 plus years. I was hesitant about getting a non emergent MRI during Covid. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked thru the door. Very professional staff. From the moment of intake, to discharge. A

Normal not a bad location however lately many of their machine have been breaking or out of commission causing a lot of rescheduling and wait times. Very frustrating having to reschedule of travel around town. Once was the mammogram machine last was the MRI.

Poor website to schedule. I arrived for my appointment time, checked in and was forgotten about for an hour. Then, I had to ask and staff realized they had forgotten about me...I was the only one in the waiting area! Then, they had to find staff sure to the late hour. Meanwhile, staff is laughing, playing music and disassociated with the waiting room. If I could go somewhere else, I would.
