The front desk people were ok. My appointment was at 2pm. I got there at 1:45 and waited in the waiting room a half hour before someone brought me back to put on scrub pants, only to wait another half hour. There were no other patients. Once I get into the x-ray suite the tech starting asking a bunch of history questions that could have been asked on paper or orally while I was waiting an hour. This experience has been frustrating. It would have been less annoying if someone had told me that wait times are longer than usual or if they just kept me in the loop on why it was taking so long. I wouldn't go here again if I needed imaging done.

The person at the desk in the lobby was friendly. The x-ray and ultrasound technicians were friendly and caring. I always have a positive experience even though a mammogram is not the most fun!! I'm always relieved when I'm told all is normal!!
