As with all medical visits, I make it a point to fill out all necessary paperwork before visiting. The staff at this location were extremely friendly. Although I could not see the faces of those who tended to me (COVID mask mandate), I could hear the smiles in their voices. Instructions were clear and services on time, thanks.

Took our 92 year old aunt here for x rays this morning. All of the staff were so kind and warm, helping her, not talking down to her but understanding that hard of hearing doesn’t mean she isn’t capable of understanding what was being said to her.

Service has gone downhill sharply this year. Today they called wrong person with same 1rst name, did not listen to me when I spoke up w my last name, later they came out w wrong patient and got me. During my exrays they realized they had the wrong name on exrays, they have to change it now and I am waiting. 2nd: I used the call back feature at least 5 times, never received any call back to schedule an mri and exray. 3rdly: 3 times they claimed not to have my fax stat orders, when I had confirmation automated message that they had it. Had to call my Drs back and get order emailed to me and then told to go back outside and send it, because they dont have good internet. 5th: Tried to sign into internet and my scan app said their website is untrusted and not to sign in. I have been coming here 12 years. I am so disappointed I am going to switch to another provider from now on.
