Went in one day a couple of months ago because I had food stuck. Did a barium swallow and they said everything was fine with my band, but dang the nurse was so rude and condescending the whole time I was there. I went back because food got stuck AGAIN, and they said "Everything looks good. Take it easy!" Turns out my band had slipped and wouldn't resolve itself so I had to get my lap band removed with another weight loss center. I also discovered that I was suffering from a severe case of GERD that the condescending nurse shrugged her shoulders at when I expressed concerns the first time. They were rude and completely negligent. I would NEVER ever recommend True Results. Your best bet is with the Weight Loss Institute of Arizona. They weren't surprised to find out that I was coming from True Results (as many had) which should tell you something.

True Results has been absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have weight loss surgery. Maria brightens my day every time she walks through that door. They pass no judgment on anyone and they take the time to get to know you. Best experience ever.

I have had mixed experience and will praise the NP Maria! Have had lots off issues with my band and thereful not the full benefit. And now when I had a bad slip I find out the place is closing there doors in three weeks and leaves us hanging! Not cool.

I have been waiting for WEEKS for someone to get back to me to help me schedule my surgery. I have done all the pre-operation visits and requirements they requested for the surgery during my first visit. I have called once a week for the last month after they failed to get in contact with me during the time frame they stated.
