Charged my card 3 times. Which tied up a bit of my money (2,400.00 to be exact.) Be very careful here. My money was returned but 3 business days later due to the impatient Uhaul representative.
I visited the Old Town Scottsdale location today. There were three employees working inside at the customer service desk and NONE of the employees had masks on. I was inside for 15 mins and none of the employees seemed to care about social distancing or masks. There's literally a sign before you walk in stating you must wear masks. The customers service was also very poor. The gentlemen that helped me seemed uninterested and didn't help me with my large order. Will not be visiting this location again.
They double charged me on my rental last week. Now, I've been sitting on hold for 40 minutes and counting to clean up their mistake. Avoid this location at all costs!
Staff is very unfriendly. Customer service is much better at U-Haul in northern Scottsdale on Hayden Rd
