Erica does a phenomenal job with your family's pets! We know that when our pup needs somewhere to go that Erica is reliable, professional, and provides high quality service. We never worry about our dog when she is in Erica's care...she is treated like a member of the family. We love that our dog loves going there to see her friends. Erica is fantastic and a life saver! We were fortunate to recently adopt a 2 1/2 year old bulldog, Maisie. She had been in a shelter for over six months, so she is still a bit skittish around new people. Maisie has adjusted well in our home, but we had two long planned trips that we hadn't thought about, that's when Erica saved the day! She was able to come to our home and care for Maisie while we were away. Maisie loves her walks with Erica! Knowing Erica was taking good care of her reduced our anxiety about being away for Maisie.

I have a 15 month old Pomsky, Koki. She has been a handful for me! She is very shy of strangers, stubborn, energetic, too smart for her own good! Koki comes to work with me every day, but she needed more - needed socialization, more exercise, training. I started a weekly Doggie Day Care with Erica. Before accepting Koki, Erica did an hour plus \meet and greet\ to make sure Koki would get along with some of the other dogs. I was very impressed with this, the introduction of one dog at a time as well as the detailed information Erica asked for. We have only gone for a couple of weeks, but the difference in Koki is wonderful. She comes home happy and tired; playing all day with other dogs is so good for her. Erica has done some light obedience training as well, and it shows. I am very happy with Scratch N' Sniff and Erica (and Alex). The benefit to Koki is immeasurable, the best decision I could have made.
