The rep Cennis messes up with our order. She doesn’t communicate beforehand and fails our expectations. It leads to major delay in our production and they did not seem apologetic. She is only good at assuming things instead of asking and confirming with us the customer. I do not recommend this company.

This was my first time working with a screen printer for my cosmetic products and needless to say, I was nervous having heard so many nightmare stories from colleagues. However, I was put at ease and gained confidence in the decision while working with Cenis. The process was smooth and uncomplicated and the results were all I had imagined.
