Went into the shop today and a beautiful blonde lady was so helpful she gave me new tubes for my hearing aids new wipes and a hearing aid cleaner for absolutely nothing!! What wonderful customer service they did!! Thankyou guys so much xxx

Very pleasant staff
I had previously posted about changing to single vision lenses from varifocal lenses and the problems I was having. I couldn't see anything clearly within 5-6 feet and this was causing great problems. However, I was invited to go back into the opticians and see what they could do to solve the problem. I was made to feel welcome and they did all they could to help, which meant I have gone back to having varifocal lenses and can now see clearly again. I was wary of going back into the optician as I felt I should have asked more questions in the first place but I needn't have worried as they were very helpful. Thank you.
