Just popped in here to look at some snorkeling gear and were treated like old friends. Irene was super generous with her time and advice and gave us training on optimizing and using our new gear. Prices were great, and their passion for diving is obvious. I am tempted to try scuba diving here (though I'm petrified), because of the caring, down-to-earth vibe.

Don’t even look at another scuba place. These people are the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Doesn’t matter your level/comfort, you will grow and be in safe hands here. Everyone we got to work with was uniquely genuine and felt like family. I was excited every morning to go spend the day with Irene, she is very patient and helpful and funny. Carlos is very fun, chill and picked really good spots. So thankful for this week, will return as soon as possible.

Was looking to get my Open Water certification as someone completely new to diving. Gerardo answered all my questions about what would be covered and full transparency about costs. They worked around our schedule so that I was able to complete the course during my time in Playa del Carmen. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Miguel was my instructor for my first two dives and Daniel for my final test day of dives. They made me feel reassured throughout the whole process. I also enjoyed that the classes were not too many people, so I never felt lost in the crowd and learned more effectively. If you are looking to get your certification I would highly recommend these guys!

Scuba10 is not just a dive shop. It’s a group of extremely passionate professionals who love the water and the seas. Been diving with them and the fantastic Irene for more than a year, and got certified both for open water and advanced diver. Super chill atmosphere and great advise from both Irene and Gerardo. Thumbs up for this great shop! Highly recommended
