I had a terrible experience with someone poorly fitting extensions that ended up ruining my hair. Hannah was amazing and gave me great advice and support and helped me decide how to move forward. I now have amazing looking extensions and the love of my hair back!

Highly recommend, Hannah at Arka is very thorough with making sure you receive the best method of hair for you and will go out of her way to advise, colour match and fit your hair around times and dates that work best for you. She will answer any queries with honesty and will only give you the best treatment as she wants her ladies to feel amazing with their new hair. She is polite, friendly, honest and very welcoming. Working from her own home she will always ask if you would like a drink and make you feel so comfortable as soon as you arrive. Hannah will always do the best she can to help you as she is very passionate about her work and puts 1000% in every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My Queen of Extensions.
I had my weave in for a year but could of had it in for much longer the standard was amazing. After being put off extensions for years due to a bad experience I decided to give them another shot and went with Hannah and I haven’t looked back since. Amazing lady, always have giggles at my appointments and ive now made a friend booked in for a new weave and I can’t wait!
my friend had her hair done here, it was very poorly fitted (this was the same opinion of two other professional salons), they left her scalp red raw and when she paid another salon to remove the hair her head was in so much pain it she said it felt like she had had it up in a tight ponytail all day. The hair was not only a totally different colour (even though she has colour matched and picked the right colour) but also of very poor quality, after one wash it already looked dead and frazzled. The extension artist was not only rude and blamed it fully on the client but also refused any kind of refund or new hair in the correct colour. would not recommend going here, she’s now had to spend another 400 on brand new extensions and the removal of her old ones from Arka. My friend has had nanos, micros and tapes done before by others salons, all of which were completely fine with her hair, fitting removal and match all perfect however she gave this salon a go as it had good reviews online but that was a massive mistake, wouldn’t surprise me if all the bad reviews were deleted.
Highly recommended very approachable and friendly my LA weave always lasts for months without damaging my hair. Aftercare advice was also really good I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my hair now thank you so much for my gorgeous long locks as always
