Upon placing the order I was advised 4 wks till delivery and installation and have had to wait 2 months. To add insult to injury the price was reduced 10% jusy 3 wks after delivery and Birkdale have refused to honour the price reduction.

Good Product initially, but when garage door motor packed up I couldn’t get them out to repair it and barely a got a response from emails. Numerous calls made to customer services with very little response. Ended up paying a local company to repair it. They called me back 3-4 weeks after repair to book in a visit.

Excellent service and high quality product from Birkdale. I opted for double sectional door and it looks great. The sales guy was Arran and he is a great person and is very responsive for queries. I have gone for a fully loaded option with pocket windows and looks great. Overall is am highly delighted with the service and product and would definitely recommend for all.

Sales were ok and delivery prompt. Then I had a problem reaching to open and close the blind in the kitchen. I have never known a company take so long to do what they promised. Every excuse has been put forward. Maybe I should ask for my money back? When they were fitted I had paid someone to move everything to make their job easy. \ NOT GOOD ENOUGH.\ That is my opinion of Birkdale Blinds. They never phone you to cancel an appointment and I have lost count of the days wasted waitng for them to arrive.
