Cooked from fresh good food, quick friendly service and good value for money. A bit outdated decor and a slight stuffy smell, however it has outside tables. Would recommend

Visited 16/8/20 after a recommendation. Food was excellent Unfortunately service was very poor. We ordered 3 identical roast beef dinners and one turned up with no roast potatoes,and there was very little veg.we were then ignored for 30 minutes after we finished our main meal and had to eventually ask a waitress (who were all talking in a group around the corner) if we could order desert. The staff weren’t talkative or engaging to the point of rudeness. We also weren’t asked if we required anymore drinks (which we would have) or if we enjoyed our meal at the end. Won’t return which is a shame because the food was excellent.
