after researching the web for a company to provide me with some good quality gates for my driveway, I found Lincswoodlines. I went to the factory to have a look around as they offered a tour of the workshop. Seeing the workmanship that goes into each product I was convinced I had found a firm that provide me with what I required. I ordered a set of swan neck driveway gates in softwood which just look fabulous. I had them fitted and the fitters couldn't have been more pleasant, they were professional and fitted my gates perfectly. Thanks again for my superb gates, highly recommended to many of my neighbours who are jealous of new gates

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my bespoke extra large hutches that I received today! Fantastic solid hutches made to a high standard, worth every penny. I was also so grateful for the extra customer service of having them put together free of charge which I hadn't expected. Ordered some pine spindles & was very happy with them - dense, straight, square & few knots. Was given a 2-hour delivery slot too, which is great considering delivery was free. Recommended.

Oh no, I have just read the other one star reviews.. My experience as follows :- Standard gate bought 16 Sept 2015, Then told 8 weeks for delivery, emails ignored in October and November. Phoned them today to be told the person who said 8 weeks is no longer with firm, Jan 25 the earliest. Mark the owner came on and said " bespoke " items take up to 16 weeks. ( My gate is not bespoke). Nothing they could do to speed it up. Suggested I examine the Ts&Cs - he would only accept a cancellation in writing. I said bad feedback would be coming, he said he would sue me... What are the chances of receiving a refund do you think? I see now, too late, that my experience is far from unique. You have been warned.
