Good food. The 3 meals eaten were correctly cooked. Steak was tender, fried catfish was spot on and fried shrimp were large and tasty. Fried food obviously, but not greasy.

Very quick, friendly service around dinner time on a Saturday. I had fried and grilled quail-tasty both ways, but really liked grilled. My 8 yr. Old gave their fried catfish \3 thumbs up.
Had a great lunch here today. Quality food, large portions & excellent service. Reasonable prices, too.

We ate here because we were staying at the motel next door. Due to one of the reviews here, we went in with some worry about what the expense might be. When we arrived, we found that the prices were extremely reasonable and appropriate for a small-town casual American food restaurant. We ordered cheeseburgers, which were generously sized, delicious, and served piping hot. With them came some of the best-cooked crinkle-cut fries I think I've ever had (nice and crispy on the outside, not mealy or mushy). We believe that the review stating that a few appetizers cost them 60 must have been posted for the wrong establishment. It just doesn't make sense for a review of this place. (We found out there is a similarly-named restaurant 26 miles away, so perhaps it was a case of mistaken identity). EAT HERE! You won't be sorry.
