I'm a survivor

Dr Karen is a psychologist. I feel comfortable talking to her and opening up to her. She is very compassionate about what she does and very knowledgeable. If you want some one who will be straight forward and not sugar coat things than this lady is for you. She makes you work hard right down to the point to solve your problems. Also she's a great listener.Thank you Karen.

Been coming here for years with my family. Always have a good experience. Dr. Carolyn Gabrielle especially a joy to visit-very knowledgeable and I always leave feeling reassured because of her demeanor. Would highly recommend!

DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC AT ALL! EVERYONE WORKING AT THIS CLINIC HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PRIVATE MEDICAL HISTORY! EVEN THE RECEPTION STAFF WHO HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING AND THEY ALL TALK ABOUT PRIVATE INFORMATION WITH EACH OTHER!! WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND THEY SHOULD BE SUE FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE!! THERE PRACTICE MANAGER HAD NO MEDICAL BACKGROUND OR QUALIFICATIONS AND THEY ALSO UNDERPAY THE STAFF!!

Receptionist girl was rude when she took my temperature upon arrival. Just came in from a 34 degree day and she refused me yelling out so every one in the waiting room could hear -"Your temp is REALLY HIGH"! She didn't tell me what it actually was. I explained to her that if she takes it again in 5 minutes it will be fine and I wasn't leaving as I had an appointment and it was just the heat from traveling here in a hot car. She then carried on and got a manager to come and take it again...temperature was fine! Oh and really high was 37.3 btw! What the hell?..covid hysteria! Train your staff not to embarrass and cause unnecessary panic!

I don’t suggest anyone to see clinical psychologist, Aslihan Tokgoz. I had many sessions with Aslihan, shared my personal story, after each and every session waiting to hear her opinion. She maybe used 4-5 sentences overall and didn’t even bother to do her job saying I am an adult, I can cope with such problems, I don’t have to see a psychologist. Now, this now makes me think if the free sessions (6/annually) are used by so called doctors. What if I went to another (paid) doctor instead? I regret that I spoke to Aslihan, shared my secrets then been left with no benefits.
