I love this gym, it has every thing you need for bodybuilding, boxing or martial arts, cardio, kettle bells etc etc. It's never to busy so I can do everything I want and the staff are nice. 27 a month is for nowt in comparison to the brand name toff gyms. Or just pay as you go. Sunday mornings are mint, you virtually have the gym to yourself.
Nice touch getting protein after your workout
Amazing place, good friends with Tony the owner, very helpful and supportive, couldn't ask for more!
