Kelly is always spot on. I will often walk around with "big hair" if there's not time to go to Kelly's as I won't go anywhere else, she really cares about customers, doesn't matter how long since you were last in, Kelly will always remember what's happening with each and every customer.
Little gem, son won't go anywhere else.
