Bizarre dealings with these guys. I was already working with them on a contract and another opportunity come up which was full time permanent which was a no brainer. I done video interview, fine online tests again fine, then assessment... I was PROMISED I'd find out prior to the weekend. Nothing. I rang Monday they passed me about all day.. Still nothing, same Tuesday and Wednesday. I then had an email saying due to scoring i had pipped at the post for a advisor role, however at the same I was receiving emails and phone calls to apply for a managers role.... Bit strange how I'm not good enough to be an advisor but they want me as a manager... Since this I've had ELEVEN emails from search to apply for the exact job I apparently wasn't good enough to do... And I've chased with search via email and phone and got passed around and never hear back... Comical service I honestly don't believe they have a clue what they are recruiting for half the time

Watch them with tax, they didn't submit my p60 in time and as a result I've been charged 402 by the HMRC and that's just the late fees.... It took them 6 months to actually send out my pay slips, honestly id go with another agency because these guys are dodgey .... They seem nice on the surface but are absolutely useless. AVOID THEM

Worked with Rob Harrison who was very professional and on the ball every step of the way. Worked with recruiters before who treat you as a number and forget about you however with Rob he was in contact regularly and made sure I was OK throughout my time with search. Great company and quick with responses. Thanks for all your help
