As Senior Account Executive for Cool 104.7 I have attended numerous events in the Searcy area over many years and every time Aramark has been involved it was fantastic! Highly recommend for your next event, large or small.
Aramark Catering has always been excellent in providing friendly customer service to its clients and after having attended multiple events there with food provided by Aramark, I can say with confidence that they are the best catering service in town.
The manager of Aramark Searcy/Harding is completely incompetent. There were several major errors for our wedding reception. Please do not use this sorry excuse for a catering service. It is a sad situation, because many of the workers seem highly skilled. The manager has a terrible memory and will be very friendly and accommodating when arranging plans / making the sale, but is quite rude for the day of the event. Many of the errors were blatant omissions or variations from what was printed on the receipt. It seems to me the manager needs to be replaced. You will be better off making the food yourself and hiring locals to serve it simply because event management is unreliable.
