I recently stayed for a week. The first morning there as I was readying for work, I noticed the floor around the fridge was saturated. I remembered removing a soggy towel from the fridge and turning on the fridge the night before, but I only began to notice that not only was the floor wet, but also well into the hallway soaking into the bags I'd left there. I laid some towels and went to work. When I returned I expressed my displeasure to Rebecca, who has the personality of a lobster, at the desk. I asked to move rooms, but she could not accommodate on account of the maid staff being gone. When I asked for a reduction in my rate she pulled up my information and audaciously complained that my rate was "much too low! You shouldn't be paying this little!" I paid 560 for a week. She interrogated me about how I'd booked, and I informed her that she was who booked me over the phone a week prior. She gave me more towels for the mess and offered to "leave a note" to the manager. The room was always humid and a puddle formed as well below the air conditioner. This place is over priced and unsanitary. I was never compensated or contacted by the manager.

Very nice, clean, safe hotel. The area is quiet and off the road. Staff is polite and helpful. Even accommodated my changing dates very easily. We had to stay due to flooding in our house from our washer. No continental breakfast but that’s understandable with Covid. So many options of places to eat with just minutes from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Searcy.
We didn't stay but one of my doordash customers was staying at this hotel and forgot to put his room number on the delivery instructions... I went in the hotel to see if the front desk could give me the room number since I had the guys name... the guy at the front desk was not helpful at all and was rude and down right mean... he told us to leave we was there to do a job and that was delivering food to our customer I let the customer know what happened and then we finally got him his food... and my husband went in there and was told the exact same thing by the same guy if u got this kind of people working at your hotel then tell your customers that u don't allow doordash to be delivered to your hotel..because that was not right...
I paid for my room online so that it would be ready to go when me and my wife arrived. After going through the entire process online we arrived at the hotel and are then told that they just instituted having a credit card with 100 available balance that they can hold because they have had so many other individuals smoke inside the room. After going back and forth with the night manager for over 10 minutes he finally agreed to do 100 deposit in cash. When me and my wife finally get to the room it was a nice size room but the trays were dirty had dust and cigarette ashes in the trays the light fixtures were falling down and there was hairs in the toilet and on our clean towels. When we went to check out the next morning at first the day manager or owner he wouldn't tell me who he was wasn't going to give me my deposit back because it's supposed to be on a credit card that they can hold up to 30 days on file. When I objected and brought up that there was nothing on their website or being told when I checked in that it was supposed to be held for 30 days he finally gave me my 100 deposit. On a nice note though they do have a 12 check out instead of a 10 or 11
Great place to stay, 3 stars simply because of the guy at the front desk that tried to interragate me as to what room I was in when we checked out. I found that strange. Then when we got in the room, tv remote didn't work and the front desk didn't seem to want to take the time to bring us some batteries. Ended up having to go get them ourselves.
Well, due to covid no breakfast if we would've known that we wouldn't have got the Suite. I don't remember it being on there wish it was kinda mis-advertising but it's nice since there is a spot to read at by the window so 4 stars
The room is fine. Not a fan of the staff. We booked this location specifically due to advertising mentioning free breakfast. There is none. When we inquired about this, the front desk staff was rude with us saying we should have "known better" since "no one is doing breakfast" (incorrect) and asked for our room number to pull up our receipt to "prove" to us we did not pay for any breakfast. Incredibly rude. Will not be returning.
The room was okay. The toilet looked disgusting. The staff are terrible and they have no patience. We were constantly rushed out of our room and told to hurry up and get out. I did not appreciate the treatment during our stay and we will not be coming back!
