Do not offer services that they advertise in store (passport and ID photos.) Also do not adhere to mask mandates, which demonstrates a distinct lack of care for thier customers and community. When I pointed out the lack of proper masks I was laughed at.

I am greatly concerned that the employees at the UPS STORE on Beebe-Capps in Searcy do NOT wear masks. During this mandate, it is necessary for everyone to comply for the health of the public. We make frequent trips there but feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Please comply with the mandate! Thank you!
