As always, Joel does a great job of making us feel like he and Sears care a lot about us as customers. He is always helpful and always gives us options for dealing with any problems or potential improvements he finds. And our chocolate Labrador suggests we give Joel six stars for being dog-friendly.

I had sent in my request for service by email and to my surprise I received a response quickly with the time frame of when someone would arrive. I was pleasantly surprised that they could come that same day. Cody arrive and was very professional, Joe arrived a little later and they both explained to me what the issue was and they were able to fix it in little of no time. I appreciate them both being professional and kind. I would recommend Sears Heating and Cooling to anyone. Customer service goes a long way and is very much appreciated.

Wally is the kindest soul and always goes above and beyond in professionalism, friendliness, and workmanship! He takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions.
