Great Gable is one of the best walks in the Lakes. On a good day so much to see and enjoy and with the benefit of being in the very heart of the Lake District.

Great views but just a word of warning, I wouldn’t recommend descending to Moses Trod from here...the path is very loose and slippery!

The paths from all directions are loose stone so care is important regardless of how experienced you are when the wind is blowing balance is hard.
