The name of this is an insult to every resident of the great South King County. We are our own people with our own identity. We should be celebrating South King County not trying to be part of Seattle.

I am a South Seattle resident for 50 years. I picked up the Seattle Southside 2018 & 2019 Planner yesterday. I usually flip through these types of free booklets but it is so reflective of the Seattle I love. Unlike the Seattle Tourism publications it is not afraid to show the real diversity, race, culture, economic, family, interests visitors from around the world and residents living in Seattle can experience. I was at the opening of remodeled Space Needle, love it and Public Market but can visit these only so many times. Thank you Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority for promoting a much more expansive experience for all. And all of our neighborhoods, regional outdoors overlooked her majesty when she is out, Mt. Rainier. The Link Rail experience as tourist not just commuters. My buddy and I are always seeking our next day trip, your planner has filled the year, we are always looking for food, and now can find new places to eat and walk it off. There was a review that mentioned poor customer service, hope you took care of that problem. Thanks for this long needed, much enjoyed, authentic guide of a more experiential Seattle.

We used Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority for a private wine tasting tour this weekend and it was fantastic. Our driver was Hampton. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and has a great sense of humor. He made some wonderful recommendations of wineries to visit. We enjoyed them all. We will definitely hire Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority, and Hampton, on our next visit.

We did this as our group activity prior to our wedding. It was just perfect for everyone, young to old. We did the hour long train and spent most of the time on the outdoor car, sipping champagne and drinks while taking in the scenery. We barely paid attention to the man giving us the tour, but we had fun nonetheless!
