Star rating is based on food only. I've heard good word about this place for a while. I wasn't motivated to give it a try because I don't really like hummus. However, their hummus won me over. It's smooth and fresh. So is their pita, the best I've ever had, serves warm and soft. Their house made lemonade is also very delicious! Pro: fresh, friendly staffs

The food here is delicious. I always gets the fried eggplant pita sandwich thing and it’s tangy, creamy, crunchy, and pillowy - a true balancing act of flavors of textures. It’s messy and just big enough that eating the whole thing in one go is a tall order. Sometimes, I carefully saw it in two and eat one half for lunch and the other half for second lunch. Last night I tried a side order of pitas (holy pillowy heaven!!) plus the fries and tahini. Wow. The fries are perfectly, well, fried, and seasoned to salty perfection. The tangy tahini dipping sauce is the perfect match. If you’re a rose fan - the rose pudding dessert with raspberry and pistachio is not to be missed! Honestly - this place is a gem. It’s a bit spendy after tax tip etc, but it’s worth it. You’ll feel good during and after you’re done eating and that’s a price I’m willing to pay! Give it a try if you haven’t already!

This is the place to go if you want authentic Israeli. The Hummus takes two days to make, so be careful! If they run out, they're out for a bit. However, it is worth it to go. I've been to other "Mediterranean" places in Seattle, and most of the time their pita bread is flaky and dry, and the Hummus too dry and bland. Not this place. Here, the pita bread is fluffy and wonderful. The Hummus flavorful in so many ways. If you want the real deal, go here. You might have to endure the hipster fascination with it, but ignore them and enjoy one of the best Seattle eats out there.

Consistently amazing!! If you don’t know where to start, try the Falafel with hummus.

I'm so happy that I tried this place! Amazing falafel and hummus and reasonable prices! I've been craving fresh hummus and falafel since I last visited Israel and this place did it for me. Highly recommend!
