The store is really neat. They offer a lot of great and quality products. The customer service is great. The sales associates were kind and friendly. I absolutely appreciate Lila. She was more than willing to work with me. She is extremely helpful.

This review is for the location in \A\ Terminal. The worst Duty Free service I have ever reveived. Rude staff on duty, they wouldnt even allow me to purchase anything. A purchase was finally made when Dufry staff were unable to provide a reasonable explanation why a purchase couldn't be made. The excuses went from ot enough staff available\ to \I don't think I can sell anything\ to \my manager has no idea\. There were 3 to 4 staff members available, including the manager. And... if you cant speak English, you shouldn't be employed in an International Airport!
