I appreciated that a Performance Home Medical supervisor called me and apologized for the inconvenience of the delay in getting my CPAP supplies, apparently their printer was mis printing their mail labels. Alina was helpful when I went in and reported that I had not gotten my supplies yet, and gave me some right away. I’m happy to continue to give them my business!

Friendly staff. I worked with 2 people on different occasions. Both friendly. One listened and worked with me very well, the other was more experienced and seemed to \know best\ (this is why I had to go twice. The physical location is impossible to find.
The previous reviews are breathtaking confirmation that this is a broken company who is not only careless with their patients but with their equipment. I preceeded this review with a written complaint to the better business bureau. I hope the other reviewers do the same.
The staff was helpful when getting my tutorial. Prices for supplies are moronic. My tubes and masks were 250 from them, when the same order on Amazon costs 50 bucks. Financial scam for insurance.
I placed an order 3/4 and hadn’t heard anything so I called back and was treated rudely by Hannah who said mistakes happen and that’s reasoning I’m supposed to accept. My order was never shipped and they forgot to send it in to my insurance. I asked for a supervisor and was told they are in meeting all day. I don’t understand how the lack of customer service is acceptable at this place of business.
