This is the worse possible Sleep Clinic office imaginable! I did my sleep study at the clinic and had a pseudoseizure and the staff knew way ahead of time that I had pseudoseizure and still ended up calling 911 and had me transported to the ER at Cherry Hill and did not even escort the ambulance and fire crew from the clinic around 2am so we are traveling in pretty much dark hallways trying to find the ER at Cherry Hill as the crew didn't want to put me in an ambulance to go around the corner to the ER. But it gets even better. The staff as it there \protocol\ told by me by the department manager that they required to follow up with the patient when they send their patient to the ER. So WHY am I calling two days later to find out what is going on with me in that department and why haven't they contacted me as I am contacting them two days later. That Sleep Clinic is totally unprofessional when it comes to their patients care! I am done and have taken my sleep problems to another hospital/clinic even though my primary care is at Swedish. Oh, I sure did file a complaint with Swedish Customer Service about my experience.

I've been seeking care from Swedish Sleep Medicine since July of this year, it's now December and I'm no closer to getting treatment for my sleep apnea. There has been a complete lack of communication from this team and department. I could not be more disappointed with my experience here.

I have been with Swedish Sleep Medicine Associates for many years and have received the best of care. The staff and doctors have given me thorough and supportive care for nearly 10 years. My only complaint is the need to commute from Port Orchard, which makes for a long day getting to Seattle and back.
