The franchise is not bothered to understand the customer's issue when it comes to Infocus mobiles I called the provided numbers to check on the parts availability and the person answering the call was blunt saying you have to come to the service center to get assistance. After visiting the service center was asked to wait for an hour as it was lunch time and then they say that they are not accepting the phone for lack of parts...
