Nice but very small campground along banks of the Platte River. All campsites are without shade trees. Great place for swimming, fishing or tubing. Not an issue for me but couldn't get mobile signal here or hardly any place along the river. The other campers were all friendly and considerate with music, pets and then kids.

flat and open area. was only here for day use to access the river and it was fine. no shade anywhere but lots of picnic tables. bring your own canopy or hang out by your car.

Easy campground to find and setup camp. Great, easily accessible layover before driving deeper into the park.

Great spot near the river. Large flat area with the river blocked by weeds; to keep little ones out of the river. Day trip (not overnight) during the week. So, dead and quiet. It had the BBQs we wanted. Nice small protected beach spot. The Hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful.
