John Herring

Four brothers and myself attended Sacred Heart. We received a super education that has stood us well in life. I wish I'd been able to send my children to Sacred Heart, but the Army never gave me an assignment close enough. Now I can only watch from the sidelines, but I can still recognize a great team and a great school. Go Gremlins!!

This church is a very fantastic church to go to and to be visit. This church welcomes all people and has a passion for helping others and being there for all people. They are kind to their visitors and always welcome people of all backgrounds and shapes and sizes. They have lots of events and activities year round for people in the parish and people not in the parish as well. I like the different number of Saint statues that are around the church and the ways the Church tries to get people engaged in their faith and engaged in being a part of a strong Catholic, traditional family. The Priests are very good too, they are able to connect their lives and the things they have learned to better serve the Parish community in ways that they know will help growth. They are also able to connect with people in their bulletins, pamphlets, and other reading material that allows people to know what is going on in their church and in their parish community. It is located downtown and in a great location for people o go to Mass and then walk around downtown or go to lunch downtown and enjoy the other parts the city has to offer.

The most beautiful display of Catholic adornment. Tasteful Mass services. Up to date in changing spoken content. I come away feeling refreshed in spirit.
