Stef was so sweet and amazing and she helped me significantly. I’m not new to the makeup world, but there are certain areas where I’m less experienced and she answered every question! I’ll be back soon to buy more makeup and I’m so glad she helped me figure out what fits me perfectly!

I purchased an eyeliner at this store, first time out of box, it would not work at all. I brought it back in for exchange they agreed it was defective and I could exchange but at register they stated they would only give me half the exchange value and I could pay they difference for the replacement. A VERY POOR business practice. What does it say about a company that doesn't stand behind their product?

They left me with half of my face without foundation because the other makeup artist had to go to lunch at 5pm in the afternoon. After that, they ignored me and didn’t bother to help me until i asked. then i get home with the TINY sample that they gave me of some primer, i open it up & there’s a hair in it.

Called about 8 times and they could not pick up their phone. I then just tried to speak to an operator instead of Sephora, and they wouldn't pick up either. Super poor customer service
