Seemed pretty helpful, unfortunately don't service my hot tub.
Last year our pool motor locked up and they came to replace. The next day we noticed tingling in the water. We immediately called Vaughn pool and spa and told them. They told us sometimes if your salt content is high it will feel like that. A couple weeks went by and we called them again. They sent someone out and they verified that we indeed had electricity in our pool. We told them again that it started around the time they replaced the motor. They immediately told us that it was impossible that anything they did would cause electricity to be in the pool. They sent us on a wild goose chase and said we probably had current coming into the pool through some sort of electric line in the ground and recommend we call an electrician. We did we spent time and money with the electric contractor and he pointed out to us that the new motor was wired improperly and not grounded. We called Vaughn back and they came a hooked the wire they had missed up and it was fine. This was after we missed half the summer of swimming. This year we had a leak in the light. They said they had to change the plumbing around to pull from the drain. The next day our less than a year old motor locks up. I call Vaughn pool and spa and the first thing they tell me is it’s not possible that anything they did caused any problems. People you have choices.

Wasn't interested in ordering the size pool I needed and I already had the install ground work done. In my sales job we would have made it happen as they say. Just lost this customer. Same lady told me last year I would have to order a part online and they didn't have it. So much for shop local. Unfortunately your response is not how the conversation went. That would have been professional and understanding.
