The trainers here are fantastic, their classes are fun and they are very supportive and encouraging. I saw huge improvements in my fitness over only 2 months with them. I highly recommend this gym!

See Change is awesome. My husband and I have been training there for almost 7 years. The sense of community is unlike any gym I’ve ever experienced - through personal training we’ve gained some amazing friendships. It’s incredibly child friendly too, our daughter begs to come to the studio every week. So much that we’ve held her last 3 birthdays at the studio!

I go for the Vinyasa Yoga priactices held in the converted garage area at the back and I love it. The room is perfect size for the class, the yoga instructor they've found is wonderful and has a great teaching method and they gym owners themselves have been lovely to interact with every time I've gone. I'd recommend anyone giving this place a go at least once and seeing if it suits them. So happy to have found it!
