Our family experience with this agency is outstanding!! We have been involved with the life skills program and behavior coaching, so far, and have gained more confidence and knowledge in 6-months than we did in over 5-years at our previous agency. The staff is knowledgeable and professional well beyond what I expected. As a parent of a child with exceptional behavior challenges, I am often overwhelmed with various scheduling requirements for my child’s school, my job, advocating where needed, scheduling programs to help my child, managing daily household functions, and did I mention those very difficult behavioral issues that always seem to happen when I have the least amount of energy left to deal with them!!! This agency helps families conquer disabilities, not simply exist with them. Unfortunately, this agency is not for everyone. I would certainly not recommend it to families that are not ready and willing to deal with their issues. Seek employees are dedicated to their work and expect results in the end, which means they are honest, straight forward, and accountability driven for everyone working towards case plan goals. If you’re not appropriate or ready for their program, they will let you know, which is likely why they have some bad reviews. It’s very refreshing to work with a group of behavioral health professionals that see our family as more than a paycheck. I highly recommend this agency to help anyone that desires real help!

I was a former member of the life skills class here and I suggest that you do not send your children to this facility. The staff are rude and do not care about the children. They constantly put the children down by saying things like \The other kids dont want to be around you\ and \You cant sit next to ___ because you are a bad influence.\ and never tell them how to improve. They also do not effectiveley deal with various problems that the children have. A few days ago, I was having a panic attack from sensory overload and one of the employees decided to play loud music on their phone and would not turn it down upon request. please do not send your kids to this place.
Stefanie the Speech therapist, is mean and racist. Adrienne the Counselor has the personality.(Of a cactus) When I asked Sydney... To look into, placing my child. With a counselor, that my child. Was comfortable enough ,to open up. About the trauma she endured. Instead Sydney brushed me off. And then had the audacity. To try and pressure me. Into continuing service's with the counselor. My child and I disliked Adrienne. So to continue,counseling was pointless. Just because the experience. Was;anything short of, exceptional for us. I'm not here to deter anyone. I just felt the need to. Speak on me and my child's experience.
