I have been attending Shefali's Yoga Class since January this year. I can honestly say it has made a marked difference to my well being in that I feel re energised, focused and my mobility and posture has greatly improved. Dean and Shefali are brilliant yoga teachers, they give clear instructions and guidance and are patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend them. I have enjoyed their classes so much that I am now attending two yoga sessions a week, My only regret is that I did not find them earlier. Brilliant team. Highly Recommend.
