The rental objects of this school are unfortunately mostly in need of maintenance and in this condition actually no longer reasonable rentable (photos on the website deceive). Also the owner seems to be overwhelmed with his task. So the rented boat lacked a tree and a proper jib. Also the sails could not be set fully because there was no maintenance of the locks. Furthermore, the owner was extremely unfriendly and took the view that these deficiencies were not worth mentioning and then became personal in accusing us of being incompetent sailors etc. So in the current situation this school was a big disappointment that you better not expose yourself to. I would give zero points if possible.

Also.. Die Lage ist echt super! Aber, leider sind sowohl die Tretboote als auch die SUPs in einer mangelhaften Qualität und es wird sich anscheinend auch nicht darum gekümmert. An sich wurden wir freundlich empfangen, jedoch sind die Preise viel zu hoch! Vor allem für die Qualität auf welche man dann trifft. Wir haben weder eine Einweisung noch sonstige Hinweise bekomme.

Es ist leider nicht möglich 0 Sterne zu vergeben, ansonsten wäre das die korrekte Bewertung gewesen. Die Jollen sind vom Rumpf über Beschläge und Segel bis zum Rigg unbrauchbar (weich, rott, zerrissen, kaputt um nur einige Attribute zu nennen). Man muss im Voraus bezahlen und bekommt nicht mal dann sein Geld, für zu viel bezahlte Stunden zurück, wenn man wegen Gewitter die Fahrt abbrechen müsste - ein echter Segler könne ja die Segel runter nehmen und nach 20 Min weiterfahren (mit der besagten Schrottkiste).

Der letzte Laden. Boote sind völlig am Ende und die Chef's anscheinend auch. Öffnungszeiten sind nicht vorhanden. In Salem war gar nicht auf und in Ratzeburg sollte um 13.00 Uhr geöffnet werden. Um 13.15 Uhr sind wir dann entnervt abgehauen.
